It's almost always venue Wi-Fi. Confirm the captive portal is signed in and that sv.live is reachable. Most conference networks already whitelist us.

Can I switch slides from my phone instead of laptop?+

Yes — open the same /presenter URL on your phone. Bluetooth clickers also work paired to either device.

How do I rebrand the join screen?+

On Event Pro, upload a logo and pick two brand colors in session settings. Enterprise plans get full white-label and a custom domain.

Where can I download the post-event report?+

Once a session ends, it appears in the dashboard under Reports for 90 days. Enterprise plans keep them indefinitely.
