Questions, answered
Do attendees need to install anything?+
No. SeatView runs in any browser. Guests scan a QR code and they are in the live view in around a second.
What happens to notes and highlights after the event?+
Each attendee gets an emailed PDF of the deck with their notes and highlights inside. Speakers can disable export per session.
Can I run multiple stages from the same plan?+
Yes on Event Pro and Enterprise. You can schedule rooms in advance and switch between them from the same presenter dashboard.
Where is data stored?+
EU and US regions by default. Enterprise customers can pin to a single region and request a DPA.
Can I cancel?+
Event Pro is billed per event, so there is nothing to cancel between events. Annual plans cancel at renewal.
