Questions, answered

Why not just share the slides afterward?+

Because the slides aren't the talk. SeatView captures what happened in the room: the lines people highlighted, the notes they typed, the questions they asked, the moments they came back to. Attendees leave with their own annotated copy, and you leave with a measurable picture of what landed. A PDF in the inbox the next morning is a handout. SeatView is an interactive layer over the live presentation itself.

Do attendees need an account or app?+

Never. Guests scan a QR code and join in around a second from any browser. Notes, highlights, and PDF exports are all free for attendees. That's the point. We don't sell seat licenses for the audience.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Pro Presenter includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Run a full live session and see the audience experience and engagement reports before committing.

What counts as one event on the Single Event plan?+

One scheduled live session, up to 4 hours, with up to 500 attendees. Perfect for a guest keynote, a workshop, or a single conference slot.

Can I switch from per-event to monthly?+

Yes. If you run more than one event a month, Pro Presenter typically pays for itself by the second session, and unlocks the engagement reports, branded experience, and saved library.

How does Enterprise pricing work?+

Enterprise starts at $499/month and scales with rooms, attendees, and white-label needs. Pricing reflects how many stages you're running, not how many attendees you're licensing. Contact us for a quote and a tailored onboarding plan.

Where is data stored?+

EU and US regions by default. Enterprise customers can pin to a single region and request a DPA.
