Privacy policy

What we collect
Account email and name. Session metadata (slide count, attendee count, timing). Attendee notes and highlights, stored privately to that attendee. Standard server logs for 30 days.
What we don't collect
We don't track location, contacts, or device identifiers beyond what a browser exposes. We don't profile attendees for advertising. We don't sell data to anyone, ever.
How we use data
To run live sessions, generate personal PDFs, and improve product reliability. Aggregate usage feeds product analytics; individual notes never do.
Where data lives
EU and US regions. Enterprise customers can pin sessions to a single region. Backups are encrypted and rotated weekly.
Sub-processors
AWS (compute, storage), Cloudflare (edge), Postmark (transactional email), Stripe (billing). Full list with regions available on request.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email privacy@seatview.app and we respond within 7 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie. No third-party advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
Children
SeatView is not directed at users under 16. If you believe a minor has used our service, contact us and we will remove the data.
